This is the app page of ODMO program for minimizing a medical resource aallocated plan for Covid pandemic.

We have THREE medical hotspots (MH) (hopitals) to support medical resources (ventilators, medical staffs, hopital beds) for treating Covid patients.
We also assume that the following distance between MHs as: D1 < D2 < D3
We also assume that treating for ONE patent required ONE ventilator (VE), ONE medical staff (MS) and ONE hopital bed (HB).
